A self-service HR system for the Red Crescent Authority that gives management a complete view of each employee and lets it track performance and progress accurately.
My contribution
I improved the system's performance by replacing client-side pagination with scalable server-side pagination and filtering. I used RxJS pipelines and data mappers to transform and stream data between the frontend and backend, which cut unnecessary client-side processing and made the application noticeably more responsive.
